Each production lot carries its own number, printed on every vial and carton. The certificate of analysis for that lot is matched to it, so the paperwork in your files lines up with the vials in your fridge.
Each lot’s certificate is set up to report sterility, bacterial endotoxin, pH, and benzyl alcohol content. Ask for the current certificate before you commit to an order.

What’s the minimum order?
One case of 25 vials. Larger tiers and private-label runs have their own minimums, which we confirm in your quote.
Why aren’t prices listed?
Wholesale pricing depends on volume, destination, and labeling. Quoting each order keeps the price accurate instead of padded.
Can I see a certificate of analysis before ordering?
Yes. Ask in your quote request and we’ll send the certificate for the lot you would receive.
How should vials be stored?
Keep sealed vials at controlled room temperature, protected from light. After the first puncture, refrigerate and discard after 28 days.
Where do orders ship from?
Arizona. We ship tracked within the United States; ask about other destinations in your quote. Delivery timing is confirmed per order.
What payment terms do you offer?
First orders are prepaid. Established accounts can ask about terms.
Do you offer private label?
Yes. Send your artwork or brand assets, approve a proof, and we handle filling, labeling, and shipping.
